Domestic Shipping (Nigeria)

We process all orders within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking update via WhatsApp or email.

Delivery fee note: For within-Ibadan and local area deliveries, the final delivery fee is negotiated directly between you and the rider/driver at the point of delivery. The figures above are estimates, your rider will confirm the exact amount.
Free delivery is available on orders over ₦50,000 delivered within Ibadan. Free delivery to Bowen University on orders over ₦50,000 is subject to availability and conditions.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to every country. International orders are handled through a trusted courier partner and include full tracking. The United Kingdom, United States, and Canada are our most common destinations; delivery times for other countries are similar or may vary slightly.

Every order is fully tracked from the moment it leaves us to the moment it reaches your door.

Order Confirmed After payment, you'll receive an order confirmation. We begin processing your order within 1–2 business days.

Order Dispatched Once your order is packed and handed to the courier, we'll send you a tracking number via WhatsApp or email.

Track Your Parcel Use your tracking number on the courier's website to monitor your delivery in real time. Kindly track for order here

Delivered Your order arrives at the address provided at checkout. Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

Delivery FAQs

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible via our contact page. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can update the address.

What if no one is home when delivery is attempted?
The courier will typically leave a note or attempt redelivery the next business day. For domestic orders, you can also arrange collection from a nearby courier hub.

Do you deliver to universities and campuses?
Yes! We regularly deliver to campuses including Bowen University, ACU, Covenant University, Babcock University, PAU, Reedemers University, Veritas, Nile, OAU, FUTA, FUNNAB, OOU, UI e.t.c. Provide your full hostel/hall address and a contact number at checkout.

My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?
If your estimated delivery window has passed, contact us with your order reference and we will investigate and resolve it promptly.

Urgent / Rush Orders

Need your order faster than standard processing allows? We offer a Rush Order option for customers who need priority handling and quicker turnaround.

Contact Us First Reach out via WhatsApp or email before placing your order to confirm availability and your required deadline.

Rush Fee Applies Urgent orders attract an additional rush fee on top of the standard product and delivery price. The fee depends on your timeline and order size.

Place Your Order Once we've confirmed we can meet your deadline and agreed on pricing, proceed with your order as normal and note "URGENT" in the Description field.
 Rush orders are subject to availability. We process all orders in the order they are received, contacting us first ensures we can actually accommodate your timeline before you pay.
